At JAM Villa Management Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional property management services to property owners and tenants.  

 Please note that our Payment terms and conditions are as follows:-

Villa and Pool cleaning charges charges will be invoiced to you via email at the end of each calendar month.

We then require payment before the 10th of every month into the bank account details as shown on the invoice. 

Payments not received by the 10th of each month will incur a 5% increase on the 11th Day and a further 2% every 7 days thereafter until paid in full.  After 30 days of non payment further legal action may be taken to recover unpaid invoices which may result in your bank account being embargoed by the authorities in the future.
