We are Jenny & Martyn...."JAM"
We left our home in South Wales in 2004 and originally set up a business in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote, which we sold in 2008 and then moved to Playa Blanca and set up JAM villa management services in 2009.
We have built up great relationships with many guests, returning guests and owners along the way!
We understand how important it is to have someone looking after your Villa and caring for it in the way that you would if you were here. We see our relationship with you as a long-term relationship with regular dialogue and feedback between us both.
We believe in keeping you informed of all problems and letting you make the decisions that you feel are best for your Villa along the way.
We are always looking to evolve and improve the services we can provide to all our clients and 2023 sees us moving into the holiday villa rental market with our sister company Sun Beach Holiday Rentals. www.sunbeachholidays.com .
