We left our home in South Wales in 2004 and originally set up a business in Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote, which we sold in 2008 and then moved to Playa Blanca and set up JAM management in 2009.
We have built up great relationships with many guests, returning guests and owners along the way!
We understand how important it is to have someone looking after your Villa and caring for it in the way that you would if you were here. We see our relationship with you as a long-term relationship with regular dialogue and feedback between us both.
We believe in keeping you informed of all problems and letting you make the decisions that you feel are best for your Villa along the way.
We also take pride in ensuring that all your guests have a lovely time while staying at your villa and will do everything within our power to ensure this happens and that they leave your villa and this lovely island loving it as much as we do and with the intention of coming back as soon as possible.
A lot of our business is repeat customers who come back to the same villas again and again!
