What will a project manager do for me?

The easiest and best way for me to describe that for you is that we can share the responsibility during the “projects life cycle,” which consists of following phases (or processes):

• Monitoring and controlling timelines.
• Supervising
• Closing

A good project manager is great at multitasking, has great time management and organisation skills are fantastic communicators and are trusted and reliable.

We have those skills in abundance and can provide many references, please see the gallery for some photos of completed and ongoing projects.  With todays technology we can take you shopping with us by way of video calling to ensure you get what you want.

You can have as much or as little input to the project as you like, I am happy to work alongside you or completely on my own, it is your villa and you will always have the opportunity to make that final decision.

We know how busy people’s lives can be, especially if you have just purchased a new villa and are stuck thousand of km's away unable to oversee the work that you require.  You all have different requirements when it comes to project managing and I can adjust quickly to individual needs as and when it is called for.
